Ben Weinberger
Ben is a lawyer, technologist, and business advisor who works with clients ranging from small startups such as fintechs and legaltechs to major multinationals, including the Fortune 50. As a self-professed technology geek, Ben helps clients create and implement strategy and deliver transformational programs.
He has held leadership roles at global technology companies, top UK and Am Law firms, and the largest municipal law office in the US. Previous clients include several major U.S. law firms and various multinational organizations including The Walt Disney Company and Chevron.
As a lawyer, Ben is admitted to practice in several U.S. states and is registered with the UK Solicitors Regulation Authority. He advises clients on privacy and data protection, regulatory issues, and complex commercial technology transactions including telecommunications and SaaS.
Ben is a Visiting Lecturer at The University of Law in London, a regular contributor to several journals and periodicals, and speaks on such topics as Emerging Technologies, Legal Operations, and Transformational Trends in Legal, including the application of Artificial Intelligence. He earned a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Wisconsin.
